Prep Session

Welcome Strategy Session
An initial meeting to discuss your project, audit your current practices, and discuss how to maximize your ops. We'll finalize your working session date, create our action plan, and outline the expected deliverables for your session.
Prep Materials
Provide any necessary materials to complete the job. This could include copy, photos, links, files, etc.

Working Session Day

How long is a V.I.P Day?
Unless otherwise discussed, a V.I.P day lasts from 10am-5pm ET. You will be needed for 120 minutes, a 30-minute Welcome Session, a 30-minute Working Session Opener, and a 1-hour Working Session Wrap Up.
Are we on a meeting for the full time?
You are not required to be available for the full time during your V.I.P day. We will meet briefly to kickoff and wrap up the day. All other communication throughout the day will be handled via text, email, or another agreed upon channel.
What is the investment?
The investment in a V.I.P day is $3497 This includes all prep work that goes into your day and 14 days of post-session email support.
Are there payment plans available?
Yes! you can pay in full if your heart desires. Or enroll in a 50/50 payment plan. A nonrefundable $500 deposit will be due upon booking your session, 50% of the remaining balance will be due at the time of your prep session and full payment will be due at the start of your working session. If you have questions about alternative payment plans, feel free to reach out!
What is covered in a V.I.P Day?
Your V.I.P day occurs in three parts. During part one, Prep Session, we'll meet to discuss your expectations, create our plan for the day, and list any assets needed to complete the work. During part two, working session day, I'll actually be handling the work. We'll meet briefly during the day to discuss the plan and review any outstanding items. Then I'll get to work. I'll be in touch throughout the day for any additional needs. At the end of the day, I'll go over what was accomplished and deliver any wrap up notes. Lastly you'll have access to 14 days of post-session email support.
Will I need more than one session?
Your V.I.P Day is for a period of time not for a set list of tasks. During your welcome sessions we'll work together to create a realistic game plan of what to tackle for the day. Your timely delivery of everything I need and detail in preparing me to do the work will set the tone for how much gets done.
I’m not great at tech. What if what you build is too complicated?
Because we function on a broad spectrum of ability, I personalize every Freedom and Flow blueprint to match the individual needs of my clients. If you’re a little afraid of tech, we’ll choose simple, intuitive options that can grow and scale with your business as you get more comfortable and bring on more clients. All of the software I recommend has the ability to be used by a team of one to companies as big as NASA and AirBNB. There is a solution perfect for you. I’ll help you choose it, and customize it to fit your needs.

Will this still work for me?
Absolutely YES! Your Flow into Freedom V.I.P Day can be used to get you setup in your first system. We’ll work together during your welcome session to choose your appropriate first software. Then we’ll spend your working day setting up your templates, getting you organized, and making the most of your very first system.
